Hey saw you on bluesky. Sorry for the late feedback but here it is. Overall it was pretty hard at first but it does have satisfying moments and overall like the aesthetic. I took a few notes while playing for possible improvements:
no sound effects in menu
always takes you out to main menu, would want a restart button to instantly restart
too much space between obstacles
bump into side of obstacle when already passed when trying to move back into the lane. Should be a little more forgiving.
delayed inputs when chaining. There should be a little bit of an ability to pre-input for it to feel smoother
visual items not always clear whether crouch or jump
Let me know if you want any more feedback or playtesting :) Good start and it was fun.
Really cool game, lots of fun. Love the art style, I think controller controls would feel a bit more natural. The WASD and 123 was a bit awkward for me personally. Good soundtrack too. Definitely a solid demo to build on.
